I have always loved playing with "big boys toys" but never had much of a chance as a businessman, husband and father of three boys. After all boys married, I retired from the workforce due to injuries sustained in the Vietnam war in 1967.
As a result of this forced retirement, I had the time to give back to the Australian community and become a Volunteer Sea Rescue skipper, a position I have held for 25 years, before moving on in 2017 to become an Advocate for the RSL in Western Australia.
I look forward to helping ex servicemen, their partners and dependants in their dealings with the Governments and agencies.
My wife, Judy has joined me in Perth Wood n Things and contributes to our market stall days with Perth Makers Market and the Warwick Markets.
We hope you like the items we make.
